  • Be a permanent citizen of Rajasthan.

  • Have an age of 18 years or more.

  • Have a basic knowledge of computers.

  • Have passed secondary education.

  • Have a fixed operative place of business, from where he can operate and provide E-Mitra Services.

  • Residence Address Proof

  • Identity Proof

  • Copy of Aadhaar Card

  • Copy of Pan Card

  • Jan Aadhar Card

  • Bank Account with Net Banking Enabled

  • Police Verification

  • Two Stamp Papers Worth 100/-

  • Mobile Number and E-Mail Id

  • 4 Passport Size Photographs
