To register as a new farmer for PM-KISAN, visit the official PM-KISAN website (pmkisan.gov.in) or a CSC, go to 'Farmers Corner' > 'New Farmer Registration', enter Aadhaar/mobile number for verification, fill in personal, bank, and land details, upload documents (Aadhaar, Bank Passbook, Land Records), and submit for state verification; you'll need Aadhaar, Bank Account, and Land Papers. 

Online Self-Registration (Recommended)

  1. Visit Portal: Go to pmkisan.gov.in.
  2. Find Registration: Click on 'Farmers Corner' and select 'New Farmer Registration'.
  3. Enter Details: Provide your Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, and select your State.
  4. OTP Verification: Enter the OTP received on your mobile for verification.
  5. Fill Form: Complete the application with personal info, bank details (Account Number, IFSC), and landholding details (Survey/Khasra number, area).
  6. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your Aadhaar card, Bank Passbook, and Land Records.
  7. Submit: Accept the self-declaration and submit the form.
  8. Track: Save the acknowledgement receipt and check the application status later. 

Via Common Service Center (CSC) 

  • Visit a nearby CSC center.
  • The Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) will help fill details and upload documents, requiring your Aadhaar, Land Papers, and Bank details.
  • A small fee is charged for this service.
