Your gateway to transparent and accountable governance

The Rajasthan Government is dedicated to transforming the state towards citizen-centric governance. To this end, the Rajasthan Government is continuously striving to excel in citizen service delivery by ensuring transparency and reducing grievances. In this context, a centralized platform for grievance redressal, "Rajasthan Sampark 2.0," has been created, with a primary focus on monitoring and facilitating service delivery systems for all departments, including the ability to apply for services/schemes, and automatically notify citizens of any deficiencies in the application. If a service is not provided within the stipulated timeframe, the complaint is automatically registered and action is initiated. Rajasthan Sampark 2.0 covers all 41 districts (including tehsils and GPs) and all government departments, boards/corporations, and educational institutions.
The primary objective of "Rajasthan Sampark 2.0" is to establish a dynamic, transparent, and citizen-centric ecosystem within the state of Rajasthan. This groundbreaking initiative bridges the gap between citizens and the government by creating a centralized platform that allows citizens to access government schemes and services, raise concerns, report issues, and seek redressal of grievances/grievances across various government sectors.
Through "Rajasthan Sampark 2.0," the Rajasthan Government intends to achieve all the important aspects of good governance such as robust delivery systems, transparency, communication, grievance redressal, and citizen sensitivity.
