The PwD has to go to the “Home” page of UDID portal (https://www.swavlambancard.gov.in/ ) and select “Track Your Application Status”. At “Track Your Application Status”, the PwD has to enter Enrolment / UDID / Request Number / Mobile Number / Aadhaar Number and click on “Submit”. By doing so, the Enrolment number will be visible. Get the Enrolment Number and go to the “Login” option of “Home Page”. At the Login option, the PwD has to enter the Enrolment Number, Date of Birth and Captcha Code for login. Once logged in, the PwD can download his/her receipt copy.
