It is desired that the applicant fills the application form carefully. In case any changes/ modifications are required in the application form and the application is in “Submitted Mode, the applicant can update it by login into PwD Login Dashbord on UDID Portal.

Also, in case the UDID is generated and received, the PwD can update Name, Email, Mobile Number, Gender and Aadhaar details by login in the PwD Login Dashoard. Once the update request is approved by concerned Issuing Medical Authority/ CMO/DMO, the updation is done successfully.
