1. Online application for government schemes/services without visiting any government office or e-mitra.
2. Online complaint filing without visiting any government office.
3. Free complaint/grievance registration facility at Rajasthan Sampark Centers located at the Panchayat Samiti and district levels.
4. Free access to various information via phone at the 181-Sampark helpline call center.
5. A mobile application is available to avail all the facilities on mobile phones.
6. Modern technologies such as WhatsApp, voicebots, and chatbots are also available for registering complaints and applying for various schemes/services.
