It is desired that the applicant fills the application form carefully. The application once submitted can be updated using the "PwD Login" Tab on UDID portal. This feature is available only when no action has been taken by the hospital on the application and when the application is in submitted mode. No updation can be made as soon as the status of application is other than submitted mode.
