This error occurs if an existing application is linked to your Aadhaar number. The PwD is advised to check on the portal whether his/her aadhaar is linked to any application. This can be checked by using the tab "TRACK YOUR APPLICATION' though AADHAAR number. In case, your AADHAAR is already linked with any of the applications and this application is not related to you or you are not aware of this application, you may contact Department at helpline No. 011-24365019 or email at disability-udid@gov.in. In case the tracked application is related to you, then you are requested to contact hospital to take needful action on your said application.
