The Department is dispatching the UDID card through Speed post at the doorstep of the PwD. Once it is generated by the Hospital or designated medical authority, a confirmation is also given to PwD at their registerred mobile number. It is advised to check the Status of delivery and tracking number of your UDID card on the Swavlamban portal at PwD tab using specified combination.
