Is a person/farmer who does not own land in his/her own name but is cultivating land owned by his/her father/ancestor eligible for benefits under the PM Kisan Scheme?
No. The land must be in his/her own name. If the ownership of the land has been transferred to his/her name due to inheritance, he/she will be eligible for the PM Kisan Scheme.
